CNHC provides home-based nursing and patient care services, including general care, post-operative support, elderly care, and ICU-level nursing. Services are subject to availability of staff and agreed terms.
3. Payments
Full or advance payment must be made before the commencement of services.
Payments are non-refundable once the services have begun.
Any delay in payment may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Staff Conduct and Replacement
All CNHC staff are trained, verified, and professional.
If the client is unsatisfied, a replacement request may be made within 24 hours.
Mistreatment or harassment of staff by the client or their family will lead to immediate termination of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe and hygienic environment for our staff.
Clients are responsible for informing CNHC of any changes in the patient's condition or care requirements.
6. Liability
CNHC is not liable for any medical complications arising due to inaccurate information or instructions provided by the client.
CNHC is not responsible for any loss of valuables during service unless negligence is proven.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Service cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds will be processed only if cancellation occurs before service initiation.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal and medical data shared with CNHC will be kept confidential and used solely for providing healthcare services.
